A simple idea really...

Having the ability to lock the squad size at a specific number, so new fleet members joining automatically get filtered down the the next squad along with an open space.

This has a more specific use in terms of bombing fleets for ease of use, so the Fleet boss isnt constantly moving people into other squads to balance them out, his time can be more effectively be spent creating content and not extreme micro managing.

I know you could have another person other than the FC sorting the fleet out but surely it wouldn't be so difficult to just implement a button to close the squad to new members, or set a pre-defined member limit.

Get competent fleet members who know to move themselves.
