New Button:

- Fight without Concord

if you klick on a other player you can enable him to fight you (even in highsec) without concord interference.
if both partys enable that button, they can attack each other everytime.

why: because I'm sick of getting blown up by concord despide the fact that we flipped cans... (no not the same fleet, not the same corp, not even the same alliance.)

How about the ability to anchor ships in space like secure containers? Anchoring IV or V? 0.0001% chance of being hacked?

Oh right, and unprobeable ships. Not the cloaked type, the ones with the sensor str vs sig radius ratio. Completely defeats the point of combat probes. Everyone and their brother has an alt with an unprobeable t3 fleet booster.

Command Ships vs T3. Why is the bonus better? What's the point of Command Ships anymore?

Fleet booster bonuses. I say 1/4 bonus when off grid and full bonus only when the booster is on grid. Or passive (skill based) bonuses off grid and active (module boosted) are only effective when on grid. That and boost command ship bonuses or nerf T3 command bonuses.

I have a grip with the Directional scanner. I feel like im in a brand new car holding an 8 track looking at the slot on the cd player thinking "how in the **** am i to get this to fit" everytime I have to punch in the AU range on the D-scan.

considering we are like 10k years behind in tech in the real world vrs the Eve online world... can we get a slider (sliding bar) that allows use to just change the range 1-14au, I mean this would help alot with just basic functionality and also make the D-scan feel alittle more useful...

on the same topic, there are 2 more things I would mention..
Quick Key for D-scan and Probe scan. Mouse center button (or wheel button) would do nicly :p

I would like to see more options to pos management, this game was built on team work and trust but you know it we know it in eve we dont have this luxury. More right in allowing who to use what, to access it, take use bpc bpo, mats, items from corporation hangar to be used on pos, a totallly revamped pos management rights and access will satisfy a lot of corp managers and a new team working path.

When switching between jump clones, there is exactly one valid mechanical process to follow: leave ship, pause skill queue, jump, resume skill queue if it was previously running.

This process is so mechanical that it could easily be automated. There is only one decision point, which isn't even a decision point so much as a state restoration.

When launching probes make it so I can pull them apart with the alt+mouse shortcut which does nothing now (iirc).

Dragging a probe by pulling on its center is useless since you are dragging a 3d object on a 2d screen. Make it useful by having the probe you are dragging snap to a signature so you can easily center probes on a signature for further scanning.

Also while doing logistics I want to see who is low on cap, please make this show on watch list but with another color then red since it would be confused with shield/armor/hull.

Secure destruction containers.

Small containers (10m3 or so) that ensure that their contents don't drop on ship destruction. Or greatly reduce the chance of it.

Fight Finder: A Set of Properties Under Fleet Finder

Non-null-sec dwellers looking for a fight in hi-sec have a hard time doing so for a number of reasons, the main ones being the hassle of getting flagged to each other and the possibility of a 1v1 or 3v3 being a simple trap.

Enter Fight Finder!

This would be a mechanism which allows a fleet to broadcast that its members want a fight in hi-sec with a similar sized fleet. The Fleet Finder search will then provide a list of 'matching' fleets (purely based on numbers - see below).

How It Works:
A group of players form a fleet as normal, and the FC checks the 'Fight In Hi-Sec' option and sets the 'Max Opposition' value (i.e. the maximum size fleet that they are willing to engage) and the 'Max Fleet Size' value (i.e. the maximum number of members the current fleet can have).

Once formed, the Fleet Finder search will bring up a list of other fleets that are gagging for a fight. This list will only show those fleets of a size up to the maximum set by the FC. Further, the fleets shown will only include those where the opposing fleet has set a 'Max Opposition' value at or greater than the current fleet size.

Right-clicking on one of the fleets shown will show the fleet's current system, allowing the FC to set destination for their system, and a link for the FC to instigate a conversation with the target fleet's FC. There will also be an option to 'Engage Fleet'.

When 'Engage Fleet' is chosen, the target fleet's FC will be given a request to engage, allowing the target fleet to accept or decline (to help prevent this being used as a ganking mechanism).

When an engagement is accepted, fighting can occur immediately between members of the two fleets anywhere without incurring the wrath of Concorde or gate/station guns (a min war-dec if you will).

Whilst engaged, players can join either of the two fleets only if there are spaces left in the fleet (i.e. it is not yet at the maximum set by the FC), ensuring that no-one can suddenly bring in a bunch of gankers to make the fight unfair. This also allows players who disconnect to re-join the fleet.

Whilst engaged, none of the fleet fighter values can be changed, ensuring that no-one can suddenly decide to allow in another group of players.

Benefits
Brings consensual fleet warfare to hi-sec without having to go through the lengthy war-dec mechanics.
No need to set up PvP arenas or rules of any sort: engage a willing fleet and choose to fight to the death anywhere you like.
Will provide more players e opportunity to engage in fleet warfare without having to go to nul-sec (not everybody wants to!).
Will become and isk sink as more fleet fights = more ships destroyed.
Could increase player numbers as fights between player run corporations become easier to set up.

Exploration related:

If I'm in a wormhole and there are 15 signals, and I'm only looking for one particular type, I'm only going to scan the others until I know that they're *not* the type I'm looking for.

So if I'm scanning for Ladar, and I see that a signal is gravimetric, I'm not going to bother getting it to 100%.

The "little thing" is that if I *do* scan it to 100%, the scanner will remember that it's gravimetric. If I don't, it will "forget," and this can be reeeeally annoying if you have a lot of signals. There's no reason why the computer has to have a 100% signal to remember that a sig id is associated with a sig type....

Add a column allowing you to sort modules by meta level. Be damn handy when it comes time to decide what to reprocess.

Already exists? Right click one of the existing column headers, see list of options you can add.

You know how every once in a while your probieng and you accidentally hit the probe movement cube at the wrong angle so when you move your mouse it moves really rapidly up or down when your lokin downward?

i would like CTRL + Z to undo the last probe movement.

and also a way to move all the probes at once, so move one while pressing a key board button moves all.

Definitely Casino in stations where you can bet ISK against other players....space poker would be cool cause i cant afford a Nyx and would like a chance to win one by spinning a wheel :-) But the Ship would have to be purchaed by the casino from a player run corp to keep the player economy stimulated.... hey where is my Eve bailout.

I dunno i would like to see more content that bring players together, this non stop rat grind is getting OLD.

I like the idea of the strip club in station too. **** the Mimmitar stations have girls girls girls signs on them....well where the **** are they. But the strippers would need to be female players and lap dances should boostcharacters social.... Kind of like what star wars galexies did.

Reseed the BPO's or BPC's for faction towers.

It is unacceptable to simply just remove an item from the game when it isn't working and then not reseed it. You are screwing with the player driven economy.

Fix the magnatar effects in WH space - once again instead of fixing it, you removed it.

Enable launching of POS industry jobs remotely via supply chain management/scientific networking skills.

I bought/trained scientific networking believing it wouold enable me to launch POS jobs remotely, only to find I couldn't. skill description is confusing. It is unclear that it only gives the ability to remotely launch station jobs.
