As per title i want to sell this toon which is a focused minmatar pvp toon. It has 52m sp with little to none wasted on anything other then pvp skills.
The skills are in the link and under are the highlights.

Arrow comes with a bonus remap
Arrow currently mapped for drone skills ( just to take full advantage of the stratios and gila)
Arrow sec status of +2.9
Arrow has 4 clones installed:
1. empty clone located in hi-sec
2. full set of +5 (worth more then 600m) in hi sec
3. full set of hi-grade crystals including omega with 4 +5% gunnery hardwires (worth more then 3.5b) in hi sec
4. full set of hi-grade slaves including omega with 3 +5% gunnery and 1 +5% armor hp (worth more then 3.5b) in hi sec
Arrow proven kill-board with 97% efficiency
Arrow short corp history
Arrow no kill rights
Arrow can do lvl 5's for minmatar and ofc locator agents near the trade hubs
Arrow has good name and looks
Arrow positive wallet
Arrow can fly anywhere
Attention Now with amarr destroyer V to enjoy the next release t3 destroyer

So basically its a decent minmatar toon specially tailored for pvp. Has very good tanking skills (both shield and armor) good support skills, good drones skills and some electronic warfare skills.
Can fly and fit a vargur and a machariel pretty good so it can do lvl 4's with no problems whatsoever and even lvl 5's with a proper fitted vargur.
I trained him for all cruisers due to some doctrines often used in pvp so its not heavy focused but it does open you allot of new choices without having to worry too much about the training.
If you are looking for a pvp toon that has no wasted SP and can fly most things pretty darn good, then this is the toon for you.

I will take in consideration offers that start with 20 bil and b/o will be 25bil.
