Any strings of systems which people can recommend for a pilot looking for a pod popping?

I've been jumping around in a Pod,orbiting pirates to accumulate K-Rights when podded.

Which systems house loads of pilots to pod me?

So post your avoid list and ill jump on through.

Rancer and Ammake are always good for a smartbombing podder

Will I get banned for boxing!?!?!

Anyone who pods you in high sec you wouldn't need killrights, they are already -10, any low sec system will get you what you want, but Rancer would be a good place to start.

People that pod you won't care about kill rights. (in most cases)
Warping gate to gate in rancer will usually end up with a quick pod express home. Blink (But the guy is -10 anyway, so why bother?)

Yes, Rancer is probably your best bet, but like others have mentioned I'd question the usefulness of killrights. If you're smartbombing in low-sec, chances are you aren't travelling to high-sec any time soon (at least in nothing slower than a frigate).

You may consider running through Uedema in an Iteron while it is being camped (which is often). Though they're probably there for freighters, someone might jump if they think you have valuables. Of course, this would come at a slight cost to you.

As others have said, the people who pod you are not the type who can go to highsec anyway.
