Hi,

Now that I'm back in Europe can I play with this account or could I being banned because I still pay my subscription in dollars ?

You might have to pay with € as the only option, but otherwise I don't think anyone at CCP really cares.

There's quite a number of players that relocate across the world and continue to access and play the game with no issues as far as how they pay for their subscription.

Nope.

EU guy here who spent 5 months in the US and played (and paid) EVE while there with no problems. Same after arriving back.

Hell, I know a good bunch of players that are in their nations defence forces. And they can p(l)ay from all over the globe (if there is internet and the time to play there).

You however will likely have to pay in Euro/Stirling Pounds when your next pay time comes up.
