Can make tech II items, perfect refining and reprocessing ( though you have to work on the standing ). Great scanner (Can fly covert Ops) and trader.

- You can scan with him. has the skills to manufacture all those tech II bpcs you find, and hes got great skills for selling them on the market.

- Or use him to buy the ores you need off the market, refine them and manufacture what ever you want with his production skills.
