Delve, Querious, Period Basis Sov

When t he CFC decided to drop sov in systems below fountain pre-phoebe, why didnt TEST alliance grabbed them and reclaim its former glory. Since these areas were once TEST holding before they tuck tail and ran post the fall of fountain. Now TEST is like a dog without a bark or a toothless tiger. No one even remembers them in the history books. IF you gonna flame me answer my question as to why they didnt vie for or retake sov in these areas. Maybe even restart a renter alliance under the name Tribal Band.

CFC sold most of those systems/moons to N3 alliances.

And I highly doubt TEST has the muscle to stand against all of those new tenants/alliances moving in.
