hey i didn't get the notification email, is that char being transfer to my account?

should have been, let me check on my end .

Edit, confirmed, I can't log emperor in and the pop up says "this character is being transferred". You should have gotten a mail. If you have any problems with the transfer, open a support ticket with CCP and they'll sort you out (I had to do this once).
