Concerned customer on how CCP uses ISD Volunteers

I really highly doubt you'll get CCP to reply in any form outside of "file a support ticket". Keeping things in the support ticket system keeps it all nice, tidy, and mostly contained. The few times they've breached that policy ended up with the person making the complaint getting burned quite badly, in public.

If you disagree that strongly with the way CCP handles hit's volunteer staff, then vote with your pocketbook.

TRUST ME - I wouldn't be making this a big deal or waste of time to all, if I know I was wrong which I'm not. Replies != BUMPS. We are entitled to 1 BUMP every 24 hour period (Irregardless to how many replied I do, given the interest in the character). And another reason why I'm making this a big deal, given the above is the auction is ending soon and now I can't repond or end it because of this.


They know my sub is nearing ending for the account and I will be forced to resub just so I can sell the guy when my intention is to end the auction today so I can move one and have less accounts due to the Pheobe changes.

Because it's hard to reverse an action an ISD did by mistake? I know 100% they can reverse the block on a post if they did it by mistake. I agree and understand the reason for a ticketing system. But forums behave differently and move fast, the only reason now I would open a ticket is to question that specific ISD (Forgot his name) on why he took an action when a customer FOLLOWED THE RULES. They need to screen ISD's better

Well we are paying for a service right? I have the right to complain/criticism for a service I paid for amiright? Of course any critic must have backing to validate his point which in my case I do. I still can't comprehend how I got locked after 24 hours of my last bump (Irrespective of the replied I did to answer potential buyer questions). This is the issue

CCP opened to themselves a whole can of worms by allowing unpaid volunteers. Shoot do you guys remember Ultima Online and what happened with those volunteers? They got sued for not paying them even they know they weren't getting paid. Not related to anything just that free comes with problems to anything in life.

Greetings! We apologize if you feel that CCL actions are not up to your standard of posting; however, the rules are there for a reason. All CCL moderation actions are performed in accordance with those rules. If you feel that some sort of "line" as been crossed, you are more than welcome and even encouraged to file a petition about it. Creating a thread saying "But I disagree!", while admirable, also does not say why you disagree.

In addition, yes, we are unpaid, but we have been trained by the Community Team to handle the forums to the same capacity that they themselves would. Please keep that in mind in the future. Thanks!

Yout initial thread was locked, and the reason was explained to you here (excessive bumping).
