Filing a support ticket is your best bet.

There's a million angry citizens looking down their tubes..at me.

Trying but in my experience CCP always use that bollocks about dropped items are non refundable but I literally can not kill the mission so I can get my loot. And this loot isnt exactly cheap ****.

Servers have been **** lately. I was going through a hisec system yesterday with 5 other players in it and had 22 tidi. Today, laggy as crap. Last few days have been laggy.

Test server is working better than tranquility.

Don't give me that DOS crap, I doubt it's ever happened. Cause eve is such a high profile target for them.

lol

good night, npc alt.

And Kuray, you really should petition.
If you don't even try, you remove any ground for complaining.

Usually they give stuff back when there are massive disconnects,
so there is no reason to doubt that they will this time, or just because it's you.

I have faith too, that my two petitions ... both a month old by now ... will get responded to eventually.

hahahahaha who am I kidding ......................

Good night. ^_^

Ask them nicely, give relevant details, in my opinion they have improved their petition responses massively from the good old days.

I have heard of CCP helping out folks in your situation.

If your ship asploding can be tracked to a server side DC that is.

If they don't respond right away be patient....some of us(maybe me) have waited over 2 months for reimbursement.

Thank you for calling the General Discussion Ship Reimbursement Because Reasons line. My name is UaE, how may I be of assistance today?

Also, we would appreciate it if you could take a brief 2 minute survey at the conclusion of this call in order for us to help make our future customer service experience better. To accept, press 1. To decline, press 2.

Since the cessation of their usefulness is imminent, may I appropriate your belongings?

Read as "so does my hip", assumed to be elderly.

Slinking away in shame now...

One of ours, ten of theirs.
