how long did that take you?

basically - I'd LOVE a button that enables me to select all of a particular category ('asteroid', 'celestial', 'charge', 'ships', etc) with a single click, and deselect with a single click after that

we have this for API key management, why not overview management?

For posting an idea into F&I: come up with idea, try and think how people could abuse this, try to fix your idea - loop the process until you can't see how it could be abused, then post to the forums to let us figure out how to abuse it..... If your idea can be abused, it [u]WILL[/u] be.

Fleet bookmarks

I suggest a "bookmarks" subtab in the fleet window. Rather than adding bookmarks to a set which would just disappear when the fleet disbands, a "publish to fleet" option should appear on existing personal or corp bookmarks, which will cause the bookmarks to appear in the fleet window.

Redo weapon effects

When you fire a laser the beam should display ambient effects from the ship and the ship its firing at.
Also the turret should be more intense, like looking into the sun.

Suggestion: Possibility to add a system on your route as a mid way point

You wanna go to LS or NS and at the same time dont wanna pay attention to EVE while still in HS bucause in HS you wont find any fights. You set up a destination and theres 12 jumps before you get out of HS and youd like to autopilot that distance while you do something else, reading forums or getting something to eat or cleaning the possibilities are endless, instead as you have to do right now, drag your destination to chat set destination to last HS then add real destination as waypoint, you can instead click a option "make sub-waypoint" making it a waypoint on your route.

Ex. You are sitting in Amarr and want to move to Amamake. The last HS system is Otelen and youd rather leave autopilot on because you have more fun things to do like reading forums or getting something to eat. Instead of remaking waypoints to you just right-click Otelen in the Route and then click on the sub-waypoint option and your auto pilot will now make a stop in Otelen.

Mass deletion of fittings, sorry if it exists, but damn, i have tons of fittings from before when i played that are no longer relevant, is there no way to delete them all?
If not surely, it's a little thing to add this.

Remote Armor Repair modules could use their own icon, instead of being the same as local armor reps.

The mouseover Tooltips for Auxiliary Armor Repairers could show more information.

Suggestion: Cloaking usage
Keywords: Game Effect, Cloak
Notes: Cloaks only need a minor tweak. Make there use have a strategic significance by making them consume a material for use i..e. they need Cap charges as fuel. duration by cap size so that a BS can remain cloaked for longer if it has Cap Booster 800's etc and haulers can have crazy times.

my biggest gripe to date has been that I can't remove corp bookmarks from my list. If I right lcick in space, a lot of the time there is absoulte garbage BMs. I can't delete them since I don't have rights. That's ok, but just let me "delete" them as in remove them permanantly from my view, so annoying trying to find the quality BMs through the mess of corp BMs

Ammo indicator next to "Reload *loaded charge*"

Currently, when you right click your weapons to switch ammo, it tells you how many charges of the new ones are left, but when you reload your current ammo it doesn't. It's mostly convenience, but I'd say either remove the ammo counter on the "new" charges, or give the "old" charges said indicator.

Arrow Suggestion: Tickbox on dscan interface to auto-scan every 5s

Arrow Keywords: QOL, dscan, RSI

Arrow Notes: Clicking dscan every ~3s is an unecessary pain in the backside for scouts and so forth, and "non-input player entities" do it at 3.001s on the dot anyway. The increase in delay means there's still a minor advantage to manual activation, tickbox function means you can still snapshot dscans. CCP minimise RSI-related lawsuits in ~5-7 years.

This is a bug with all drones on all ships and shows how badly the drone UI needs to be updated. More specifically the following elements are missing or simply lacking in detail or specificity.

1. Tactical overlay needs to accurately reflect skill-affected drone control range while out in space. In addition this info needs to be readily availible ANYWHERE while in space, it's lacking from so many interfaces, the tactical overlay and ship fitting windows being the two most prevelant.

2. Drones need to reflect their skill based stats while actively deployed out in space much like turrets and launchers do now. Specifically Sentries need to show DPS and damage type, optimal and falloff, and tracking in rad/sec. Other drones need to show DPS and damage type, velocities (normal and MWD), and tracking.

3. Drone damage show , particularly in the fitting window is too ambiguous. It should show drone DPS of currently deployed drones, if any are deployed. If non are deployed if should check player assigned drone groups in the cargohold. For instance if I group two hammerheads and three hobgoblins in one group, and this is the highes DPS group in my drone bay it should show that. Last, if there are no player made groupings it should show the max potential drone DPS from your drone bay up to the limit of your bandwidth and drone control amount. If fighters are assigned, this damage should be shown.

As the game stands right now if I undock in a drone ship it's not very clear what my current DPS, tracking and engagement ranges, control range, etc. are. For new players this makes drones a very convoluted and confusing weapon system to use and understand and detracts from their use in game

In the overview settings the option Large Collidable Object is in the category Celestial.
The similar points Large Collidable Ship and Large Collidable Structure are in the category Entity.

I think these tree points shuld be located in just one categorie to avoid confusions.

could we have more shrinkable UI .. mainly the people& places and the station sidebar .. they take up a lot of space when windowed or on a small screen .. compact service buttons aren't very compact ..

T3's need to be versatile so no rigs are necessary ... they should not have OP dps and tank

ABC's should be T2, remove drone assist, separate HAM's and Torps range, -3 HS for droneboats

Nerf web strength, Make the blaster Eagle worth using

polarization slider for my main screen, some of the systems are so bright it hurts my eyes.

having a way to control how bright my outside view is would be a great help .

to be clear i dont want to dim my whole screen just my view of the outside of my ship and the system i am in.

Suggestion: Give people with recruitment roles (or just directors) notifications when someone leaves corp.

Notes: Had one or two moments over the last year where someone we've picked up left after a day or so to do something else, and those of us with recruitment roles didn't even notice 'cause we aren't informed.
