Escalation Loot Table Changes Now?

Just ran Angel Kickbacks - full chain. Normally this results in at least one Shadow Serpentis module. Today, I got a medium MJD BPC, a Target Spectrum Breaker BPC, and the standard faction ammo.

The final Shadow Serpentis rat wreck was empty.

I've never seen module BPCs dropping from Escalation rats - or from rats in any Combat sigs. I know there's a change to loot tables scheduled for Phoebe, maybe something snuck through early?

Anyone else getting this?

Yes i did a 3/10 angel site today and all i got was an ope. Not even faction ammo. Ccp must have broken the game again.

Can't tell if you're being sarcastic.

Only getting OPE from DED rated site is pretty common, in my experience.

Getting Data/Relic site BPCs from named rats is weird.

Yes I have had a few BPC's for spectrum breaker, ancillary repair and ASB. Not sure if this was not the norm as I have just recently taken exploration back up as content. I gave up exploration when they made changes to the loot cans.

I just did the second Trap? escalation chain from a Guristas Lookout in a week and both times the Dread rat was empty. I get that you may not get much but empty? WTF? I went to a low sec border system for this?

Seeing this continue with Jet-Set Hooligans. Given the paucity of loot in the ramp up, I'm seriously considering taking a pass on the final encounter.

This is normal.

CCP should add more NPC 0.0 space to open it up and liven things up: the Stepping Stones project.
