Why is the remap gone, i want a remap as a gift. Other people got to chose that as a gift annd they cant chose something else so if they get it i want the option also. If they dont get it then you will get trouble with people who already chose and do not check their account managment again.

After being told that I would be a moron if I chose anything BUT the remap, I came here wondering why is is gone today. Guess CCP realized it didn't match the value of the other gifts.

I claimed mine yesterday, and it now says:
"Our systems show that you have already claimed your gift. It will be available on December 22, 2011. If you believe this is in error, please contact Customer Support."

If there's a problem with giving us a remap as a gift, they will likely reset the process for those who have already chosen.

My other two accounts were not so lucky. I didn't redeem them yet, so they no longer have the remap as an option.

They should just put in an option for straight 500k free SP to distribute (or an appropriate amount but that is about where I would be unsure whether to have a remap or the SP). No discussions about dates, timers and different personal advantages...

I don't think the sp would be very well received when it is a choice, though i would love it. Especially since i'm working on ship skills for atleast the next year anyways.

Damn. i was hoping for the remap... i had "3" available in august, and understood 3 to mean 3... so when i used it.. it reset.. made me very unhappy :( Please bring the remap xmas gift back ccp !

I am guessing it is a technical issue. Either it is because system does not support the ability to select between characters on an account for remap or because remaps simply does not work as a redeemable item.

Then just give us 2mill distributable sp this year, since that's conservatively what a remap gives you. Then never add remaps to the present list again until you fix the issue. Problem solved.
