Interesting!

The skillqueue change might be a controversial move, but it definitely is the right thing to do in my opinion.

As for the rest, I'm eager to see the upcoming devblogs about everything that's even remotely related to the NPE. Big smile

PS : The only thing that worries me a tiny bit is the brighter nebulae... I trust the art team, but they didn't seem to need to be brightened did they?

PPS : Is something still planned to make stacked bubbles form only one giant bubble, instead of the white background it creates currently?

OMG unlimited skill que? you mean I can put my WHOLE skill plan in the que intstead of going "crap, 1 day and 24 minutes, I gotta stay up 25 more minute to get that last level of the skill in need into the que" ??

THIS by itself is worth every penny I've ever spent on EVE.. well done.

Edit, also as an Explorer, Thanks for the work being done in Expeditions. Come on with that DEV blog lol.

Can the unlimited skill queue be set to include skills that you can't yet inject due to prereqs?

*thumbs up for infinite queue*

CCP RedDawn: Ugly people are just playing life on HARD mode. Personally, I'm playing on an INFERNO difficulty.

CCP Goliath: I often believe that the best way to get something done is to shout at the person trying to help you. http://goo.gl/PKGDP

Unlimited skill queue! Amazing!

But, because no eve-o comment is complete without asking for more -- how feasible is it to allow people to queue skills whose prerequisites they don't currently have? One of the most irritating things when training is when you need to get a skill to five before you can even inject the next book (and no other skills remain in your plan to fill the space.)

Perhaps at some point, but not in Phoebe Smile

Biggest problem atm, with 'train skills you can't inject yet', is that you can train any skill you have injected, even if you don't meet the prerequisites. That's a side effect of the skill changes for ships changing prereqs.

Some solution to this would be nice, but harder than it might sound.

Data and Relic sites found in Null Security Space will also be present in wormhole Class 1-3 systems. An upcoming blog will describe the changes.

Any chance for a sneak peak at this and whether or not these null-sec Data/Relic sites in WH space will include sleepers as the current WH data/relics do?

Yeah, definitely. There would have to be, like, a separate holding area for skillbooks to be injected, and a "ghost" entry in the queue for them prior to the prereqs being met. I definitely wouldn't expect it to appear in Phoebe, or even this year. I certainly wouldn't want that to impede any progress on game balance. Developer time isn't fungible like this, of course, but I'm lacking a way to more adequately describe it.

some good stuff ... no ship balancing??? module tiercide???

T3's need to be versatile so no rigs are necessary ... they should not have OP dps and tank

ABC's should be T2, remove drone assist, separate HAM's and Torps range, -3 HS for droneboats

Nerf web strength, Make the blaster Eagle worth using

Holy space potatoes, you devs really hit the ball out of the park with this one. Honestly, despite the lack of ship rebalancing (a train that seems to have come to a halt...), Phoebe's content is on par with some of the past "Expansions." Well-freaking-done mates.
