Perhaps another idea:

- Instead of making Eve "smaller" - make eve bigger. The eve universe is crowded, add another dimension, perhaps only accessible by wh's or something

Does it mean you are going to RMT out cause in that case ccp may as well ban your account prematurely eh.

RMT out Shocked where does it say that, your another reason why I will be glad to see the back of this game. Fulled with complete nut cases and if you havent already noticed there is noone left to RMT to they are unsubbing in their droves. Eve is dying and thank goodness it wont even see another 2 years.

I would be down for more space

Edit: That could work, more space means more LY, jump drives can only go so far

You mean they shoudl stay on the current capital online that since stablished CONTINUOUSLY decreased subscriptions?

Where are your figures on the subscription levels coming from? Because the last time I saw any official numbers out of CCP they were increasing year on year. I haven't seen any figures released that suggest a decline in subscribers.

There are a lot of emotional outcries but very few statistics to backup many that support this change. I unsubbed all my accounts and I do the industry thing. Again, it was not a fit throwing, but like someone said earlier, I am not spending many days doing something that use to take me a day or so to do. Doing logistics is not fun as is, but it is very essential to the health of the game, they are breaking this mechanic. Again, why go back to transports in horse and carriage when we have had a jet. I just cant go back to a mechanic that creates a ton of boredom.

Fact: Players are leaving because of stagnate nullsec. This is the first sign that its going to get fixed. I know for a fact of at least a dozen accounts not being unsubbed because this change give some hope to the end of PL hot dropping everything and doing nothing else (I have seen a *probe* get hot dropped).

Many of us never even fly a Jump ship and only a few of us outside null sec blob drops ever bridge anywhere. How the hell do you think we get around eve? its not death cloning i can tell you for free.

So yea bridging and jumping was/is always something that had to be addressed. Good job. Can i have your stuff?

However i am not sure a multiplicative fatigue penalty is really needed. A plain additive one seem to achieve the same thing and not be too excessive. I don't think fatigue that last longer than a day is needed or good. Not that i plan to ever fly a cap.

Don't forget that Snuff Box, Shadow Cartel, etc, etc will be camping every lowsec entry point with supers, titans, and insta-locking Loki's since nobody will be able to hotdrop them.

Some may pay up for the right to pass.

I wonder where this leads? Will dreads see more PVE? Incursions? In all out rare RvB fights - I would 100% bring dreadnought rather than a Vindicator for example - just for fun.

I also wonder whether they will make the gates bigger? It's silly enough seeing a dread undock. How about a titan going through a gate :D

You seem to think we lowsec folk want or need isk out of our PVP. I won't take a dime from anybody to let them through and I doubt many of the other groups will either.

As for where this leads, it's pretty simple.

Nullsec won't change one bit. Some systems will get shuffled around to make things easier, some tactics will change, the same people will be in charge of the same empires enjoying the same income because they're big enough to work around the new problems. The difference is that they won't move outside their sphere of influence anymore, at least not in numbers. So more stagnation there and it will likely be even worse than before.

Yes it will help on sovlign the allainces, but will be complete only on the next stage that you sttubornly tries to ignore and make your opinion irrelevant for CCP, sicne they clearly are only goign to pay attention to people that are thinking on the whole concept of their plan.

Numbers will lie on the first 2 months. You need to analyse after enough time, like 1 year.

what you fail to understand is that this change will increase the blue lists not decrease them; as in the ppl living in deep null will have to set the ones keeping the entrance point blue, otherwise they will start fitting their ships with t1 mods looted form npc wrecks...

As has been said a number of times... I dont believe the issue is with the combat aspect of it, we welcome some of the changes. its more the logistical issues.

CCP: be smart take JFs etc out of this re balance and leave them as are, there is no reason why they should change, especially since you have stopped death clones.

overreactive childish response. You will NOT spend days. You will take about 1 hour to go jita to ANYWHERE, that if you do nto want to make gate jumps at all. Ifyou are not that sttuborn you can do it in half an hour with the changes.

All of these changes could be avoided if CCP actually worked on getting rid of TiDi. TiDI is what allows these big fights to get the dog pile and allow people in the north travel to the south.

The key to this is that CCP doesnt just stop with the changes after this patch.

No half decade long thought process.

They need to push forward with other ideas to support it.

There's enough space in nullsec that's not used and you know it, everybody living in 0.0 knows that - nullsec and crowded... in some regions, but in general - nope. Making it bigger won't solve problems.

Being emotional doesn't change the facts that are in hand. Fact: players are leaving. Fact: It hampers the flow of goods in eve. Fact: It will not break up the alliances. Fact: It is a bad mechanic. These are all facts, not sure what you want for a base, but I think 11 years may be a decent base. As I said, the numbers will not lie not sure what you are arguing against as I am simply trying to save a game I really enjoy.

You seem to confuse facts with the random thoughts that appear in your dimly lit head.

"Players are leaving" = crybabies type their empty threats, just like after every patch
"Hampers the flow of goods in EVE" = Really? This would only be only "bad" for those who profit from the current scheme, while providing new opportunities for everyone
"it will not break up the alliance" = mr nostradamus? You don't know ****, but anyway, this isn't even an intended goal of the patch.
"It is a bad mechanic" = just your subjective opinion, and nobody gives a **** about your opinions

None of those were facts. hth
