i would say most of it is the right way. Only its to far over the target,
5ly will dramaticly reduce the logistic meaning some key region will be essential since all logistic for example drone lands goes via GW.
Also second, 2 houers waiting and no expire during logg off? Is that realy what you plan @ccp?
Its ok to have this time, i still find it a littel bit to much but ok. But it stops counting down when i logg of so i have to idel 2 houers to get it to 0? Thaths stupid

really? 5 f*****g LY? you went form one extreme to the other again, just like that; how about ppl living deep down in 0.0 that don't f*****g have all the eve blue, you just made theyr logistics a huge pain in the ass; 3 cynos instead of one to move a carrier to empire? great...
how about you let the distances as they are and increase that fatigue exponential? like after a max range jump you won't be able to jump again for 15' or something?
like reallly you made those intys super fast and bubble immune and now you are nerfing logistics???

Too many silly changes.

Set a Activation Timer to Jump Drives, and remove it from Capacitator.
This way you can make certain ships jump around more easily, without breaking game immersion.

And it is easy to balance.

Try us. I was out in null before most of the players whining here joined eve online. Hell I flew an iteron 5 out to the drone regions. So yeah dont underestimate the player base who dont have capitals. We will find a way.

Dont worry, they are doing both to REALLY destroy any small operators chances of using JumpShips at all
