Yet another ****** UI change

In the update today the "Station Services" panel had an update.

Despite all the players who've asked you to separate "guests" and "agents" from the rest of panel, you've gone and spent that time making the buttons for "guests" and "agents" even bigger, furthermore decreasing the amount of available space for the list of guests/agents.

We now have 2/3 of the space available for guest and agent listings dedicated to big icons, overly large undock/CQ buttons, and the logo of the station we are; things that are unrelated to guest and agents list, and things whose functions are already mapped to hotkeys anyways.

Brilliance!
