Evernus [2.2 release] - the Ultimate Market Tool

It seems that Evernus keeps forgeting some of the settings:

  • entered standings for corp and faction
  • hidden columns in orders tab (eg. total cost. I want it to be hidden, but after restart its back)
  • size of columns in orders tab, it keeps reseting to default values

When you browse your orders you have a window where you can see your orders and there is second window below that. You can switch it to show orders or transactions. This is the one I am talking about.

Today, I ran import all about 4 hours ago.

On the Asset tab is says "Api import (02:00:33)" - and its decreasing.
I have the warning right below that: "Warning! This data is 21h 01min old and may need an update"
And the Entire screen is empty - ie no assets are shown.

I do not have anything in the filter.

Theres a few issues here.
The program assumes there is still 2hrs until it can query the API again (which is sort of a correct assumption as its cached for 6hrs).
However, it can't have obtained the asset list 4 hours ago - as the screen is empty. (or it did and its gone).
Also, the 21h 01min was when I last ran an import - which it *might* have got the assets then - but they are gone now.

Perhaps you are not actually querying because you thought you obtained assets 4 hours ago - but perhaps didn't?
There not harm in querying anyway - even if you get the same cached data. I can't force the program to get re-get my assets.

Any ideas?

Theres a few issues here.

If you don't want to wait, uncheck "ignore cached data" in import settings and import again. This will do an actual import, but will use the cache anyway, if there's something there. If you want to clear the cache and do a real clean import (which nobody should ever do or the servers will cry), you can go to AppData/evernus.com/Evernus/cache/api and delete everything there.

Ok, yeah I see a cache\api file from almost 5hrs ago that contains all my assets.
Is there a reason it didn't get imported back then?
(and do you need to check for a re-import if the file is present and valid, but the data is missing inside the app?).

I have no idea why the list wasn't imported. It always worked fine. The option to ignore data from cache was added, so the orders wouldn't get their "delta" column set to 0, if that was not desired.

Can you tell me what you entered in the standings? I just checked and they are being saved.

OK, I see importing resets standings. Is this what you meant?

I copied and pasted the key ID and verification code. Here is the error, maybe the mac firewall is in the way. What do you think?
