Can an ISD please lock this thread. I have filed a support ticket that hasn't been replied to yet but I'm pretty sure this guy isn't going to complete the transfer.

The ideal outcome for me would be for the transfer to be completed as agreed but if that is not possible then having my isk returned and the scammer's account banned is fine.

I guess this guy didn't realise you can't scam a character transfer!
