think it was a question to the devs. Same devs who posted in the blog for the patch coming sept 30 to check here. ANd as far as I see there is like one player inty thread....no dev tag on it.


Probably has op wary. He should be. When ccp drops stuff last minute its has 1 of 2 results. Its a stellar change loved by many. IIRC nag going pure guns was short fused. There was much rejoicing for this.


Or something is about to change not many will like. I'd be looking at probes in game a bit back that needed astrometrics 5 to use (bad day at work, name is escaping me atm). Notice of removal from game. They pulled this crap out of thin air days before patch. Not in blops running a portal it basically removed any reason to 5 the required skill really. Felt bad for the non blops pilots who were actively training it tbh. Me I fly blops with portal so could still use the 5.

Short fused changes with no detailed blog or time on sisi this close to patch release tends to follow the path of the latter, not the former. Maybe this will not follow that trend...dunno.

The CSM summit is going on now and I suspect interceptors and interdictors will be part of the discussion.

Once they decide on what to do with them, we'll probably see a dev blog go up.

Great...csm/ccp seems to take months to get summit notes out when done.

Guess we are flying blind till Sept 29th-30th when they have to post some kind of notes. Then months from now we will see what the discussion was after its already in game.

With the new faster update cycles it seems that their features are already pretty much set in concrete by the time they are presented to the player base. I am sure there are a couple of WH people that feel that their feedback fell on deaf ears not to long ago.

Regardless if the interceptor changes are flexible to change after posting or not, I still would like to know what CCP has in mind, it's been a bit since the Dev Blog after all. *Shrugs*
