CSPA even charged for people with excellent standing?

I know why you made the thread, my Reading Comp skill is trained to level 4 at least. Just reporting that this was an issue years ago. It may have been fixed and then re broken. But either way I felt that my 'story', although not the same situation, would add something to your data set P If you find it unnecessary data reporting, you have my sincerest apologies for clogging the thread Bear

I was able to keep a Jita scammer going in EvE mails for about 20 strings. Kept increasing with each message until the CSPA capped out. I was upset when I found that there was a cap to the charge.

Well ... the highres version got me lots of complime ts in local,
one included fapfapfap ... I guess that counts as compliment.

Btw... what's funny about your impression, is that once a week I have to check in

You keep talking about reading comprehension, but the CSPA charge says "people you know." Where does it say "people set to blue?" Maybe you need a little help with the comprehension part yourself?

Try adding a contact or two, and test again.
Contacts... as in "people you know."

As part of the CFC, I have thousands of people set to blue, this is way different than knowing them as an accepted contact.

I did read, I understood, but gonna have to be a pita.

Mine is set to 0, so I don't have a way to check, and if you think its broken, petition, it could be something got broke or a tool tip is incorrect, if I remember correctly everyone gets hit by it. So its prolly an incorrect tool tip

Huh, I did notice some strange amount in the CSPA charge when I mailed you. No idea if I'm in your contacts as red though. Lol

If the contact settings for CSPA charges are broken, that would explain some other ones that I've been paying.

Afaik you BOTH need to set each other +10, if you dont then you still pay even if its one way. Thats at least how it works with my alts all these years.
