Hi All,

I wanted to reopen this topic for discussion:

I am finding these voices truly tiresome now and find myself muting world audio every time I dock.
It's so distracting! When your looking through the market then get molested in the ear full blast.

For 1, in this day in age, we don't need intercoms where everyone has a nano earphone to receive news and orders.
And 2, sound shouldn't travel that well in space. C'mon!

I say I'm proud to be Gallente but when I get attacked with:

I usually have the sound turned off in eve so I can hear team speak without the clutter. However you know you can always lower the sound from eve with the speaker icon on the task bar.

Sounds shouldn't travel in such a manner in space? Good thing you're in a station, which would have to have it's own sealed environment to sustain life.

You should make a thread about how all turrets, missiles and explosions should be silent when in space.

Better yet, don't.

with all the new audio controls, you would think you would just turn down the station interior slider.

Tell you what I do like though: A killer. A dyed-in-the-wool killer. Cold-blooded, clean, methodical and thorough.

The only Disturbing Woman Voice (DWV) I hear while docked is the voice that tells me about some dude named "User" entering or leaving a TS channel.

Am I the only one...?

CCP, there are off buttons for ship explosions, missile effects, turret effects, etc. "Immersion" does not seem to be harmed by those. So, [u]please[/u] give us a persisting off button for the jump gate and autoscan visuals.

I get that one all the time.

Plus, it's lying - everytime I look, there's no one named User anywhere in the channel.

De'Veldrin's Corollary (to Malcanis' Law): Any idea that seeks to limit the ability of a large nullsec bloc to do something in the name of allowing more small groups into sov null will inevitably make it that much harder for small groups to enter sov null.

Oh please you already had the amarr changing removed, dont remove this. CCP removed almost all station immersion already, lets not remove anymore.


/bring back gallente pleasure hubs station interiors!

Why Can't I have a picture signature.

Also please support graphical immersion, bring back the art that brought people to EvE online originaly.
