Yup. Their cap behaves just like it does in normal NPC's.

Wll its Yes and No ...

With regard to neuting them to make them ineffective they seem to have a secret hidden infinite cap supply.

With regard to using a NOS to drain cap for yourself, they will indeed run out.

Same goes for trying to vamp NPC's, you can drain their cap silly and they still will have juice to fire at you.

Edit: sorry post above said something like that already. It is a bit of an immersion breaker though the infinite NPC cap.

In my experience even if you use a NOS NPCs won't run out of cap and stop shooting even if you NOS them for a very long time. However I haven't actually tested it properly in a controlled setting, just something I noticed when doing PvE.

I hate this god mode for AI in games, it limits options and creativity to finish them.

Lady Areola Fappington:  Solo PVP isn't dead!  You just need to make sure you have your booster, remote rep, cyno, and emergency Falcon alts logged in and ready before you do any solo PVPing.
