I apologize if this is a re-post. I did look for a post similar but didn't come up with any.

As I use multiple screens with different resolutions, I have trouble with going back and forth between the different screens. Being able to save and load screen settings would enable players to instantly change their screen to how they want it and when they want it. This could help with switching between screens, fleet fights for combat and/or logistic support, mining ops, industry, etc.

I guess you mean all of the settings, not just the overview. I don't know if this has come up before (but my guess would be so too).

As far as I know, all this is saved on the local machine which means you can already manually do so, but it is some effort. A tab with saved 'complete setups' would be nice, especially if they get sometimes mixed with multpile instances and hitting a menu 'just once' can solve the issue really fast and satisfyingly.
Since it is a local issues my guess would be, that it can't be hard to implement and nothing comes to mind why it should not, so from me:

Seems relatively simple but beneficial, a nice "little thing". I approve.

Just that hint of cynicism the world needs now and then.
