Wrong Decryptors in Job Design Screen

Is this a known bug (yes, I searched multiple word combinations) that Invention jobs, for me, no matter the blueprint, constantly ask for Incognito decryptors? On Caldari blueprints, Amarr, Minnie and Gallente?

An old post recommended that this may be a bug, but I have tried moving the decryptors and blueprints and then back, but still showing the wrong decryptor choices (greyed out, because I have none of that race).

Mine shows the correct one, have you tried clearing game cache?
