I can't find any info on google or in forums how to get it back on...... anyone know ?

Ahhh, I think you're referring to the Damage Notifications that scroll on screen when engaged in combat.

The settings for that is accessed through 'Notifications And Log'.

Click the 'E' on top of the NeoCom bar (left side of screen) - select 'Accessories' - select 'Notifications And Log'. That will open up the Log window. Click on 'Combat Settings' in the top left corner to open the display options.

Anyway, gratz for getting the issue fixed on your own, even if you don't know what you did to fix it.

In the top right side of the Log window is a white 'Funnel' looking icon - click that to access setting options to log various message types.
