Suggestion: add "total value" column to all market orders and "ISK in escrow" column for buy orders
Keywords: Market, UI
Note: This would be incredibly useful info to have at a glance

Suggestion: create icons for warp disruptors and warp scramblers that actually look dfferent.
Keywords: icons, module icons, warp disruption
Note: i've been playing this game pretty much every day for about half a year and during combat i still can't tell if i'm being warp disrupted or warp scrambled without actually hovering my mouse over the icon. the fact that in each case the notification only says "Warp Scramble Attempt from..." doesn't help either.

Suggestion: When scanning, auto-center the camera on the probe formation.
Keywords: probes, scanning, scanning UI, wormholes, hyperion release
Note: I like milkshakes.
---

Currently the camera is free floating which (as far as my experience goes) has no benefit. Scanning requires verifying the location of the probe formation on all 3 axes and having to constantly double-click on the formation to recenter the camera...well it just doesn't make sense. o/

Suggestion: When in the scanning window and clicking to go to the solar system view, keep the scanning tab as the active tab.
Keywords: probes, scanning, scanning UI, wormholes, hyperion release
Note: I also like bacon.
---

Currently going from the scanning window to the solar system view (so you can move the scanning probes before initiating a scan), the active tab switches from the scanning tab to the map viewing tab which means you have to re-select the scanning tab before you can begin positioning probes/scanning. o/

Suggestion: Search for items by multiple, partial terms
Keywords: Market, Items, Hangar, Search
Notes: The in game UI has, gradually, taught me to use an exact partial match search term when trying to find things in the market or filter other lists.
I use pyfa occasionally (ok, so every day) and it is really refreshing to be able to enter "dam cont" and have a list of the various damage control type modules.
When I was a very new pilot I found trying to locate the item I wanted really frustrating. Being told to look at 'warp stabs' but needing to enter 'warp core stab' to get any results was like black magic. Luckily people coaching/mentoring new pilots liberally use the fantastic hyperlinks to items. Without those, as a very new pilot, I was lost.
Now as a new pilot (still less than a year) I find it frustrating to enter what I assume will be a legitimate search term only to remember that the entire string is treated as a single match.
I think the multiple partial match search terms (separated by whitespace) that pyfa has implemented means:
a) less typing for an experienced pilot that knows what they are looking for; and
b) more chance of a sensible result for an inexperienced pilot that doesn't really know exactly what they are looking for.

Navigation suggestion: Clicking in space sends your craft to the desired direction, but how about an option to send your ship towards the camera? this could help in manual kiting and keeping at range.AttentionAttentionAttention

Suggestion: Let the industry window by default select output destination the same as input location
Keywords: Industry UI
Notes: It is annoying that when you start a job in a corp POS, the default output is first Corp Hangar, no matter where inputs came from. This is illogical - the logical thing would be to put things (and blueprints) back whence they came. If hangars are named for corp members or sections, it is quite impractical, too.

Suggestion: 'Show all available' in the market window currently does not list items that have available buy orders if there is no sell order for that item. (Or create another checkbox to show them. Or create a drop down list box that has several states, perhaps selectable by the user)
Keywords: Market
Notes: Creates a fair bit of work when you're in an area that doesn't put things up on the market (like null/lowsec) and you have to hunt through hundreds of items to see if there are buy orders available for things to see if anyone wants things. Yes, there are ways around it currently. This would just streamline the process.

Suggestion: Add constellation or other distance limited selections to the range select filter (IE: 5 jumps, 10 jumps, 20, etc...)
Keywords: Market
Notes: Useful for those trying to put something together without having to go far. The current options of station, system, and region work fine in areas where you can travel more freely, but it is a bit odd that other ranges are not there as well.

Suggestion: Make the market settings tab more obvious or a drop down 'gear-type' option box.
Kaywords: Market
Notes: This might resolve both the suggestions above in one shot, by removing the range filter and replacing it with a quickly changeable options box for how the market window searches for items. Right now, that settings window is somewhat unwieldly to use and it's placement makes it easy to miss. I know that I didn't even notice it for the first few months I was playing. It seems to cover all the use cases from above, just add 'Show buy orders without a sale order' to it and it would be done.

Suggestion: Rather than set routes in PI, just set an input and output structure on the factories/extractors.
Keywords: PI
Notes: When you create a structure that uses materials, you should be able to just set where it gets it's input from and where it's output goes. Any structure that didn't have both set would be colored red and not do anything until it was fixed. This could be done from a single location in the UI, rather than several like we have currently. Select product, select input, select output, 1,2,3. Current method involves selecting product, output, and then going to find the material input on another structure and creating a route to said factory. This could reduce the entire process down to three double clicks (product, input, output) and be a little easier to get the hang of, and easier to change on the fly.

It would be nice if you could "FREEZE CHAT" so you could; for instance, read the response someone posted to a question you asked.

(so you don't have to keep trying to keep up with it as it disappears when new posts are made to the channel)

Yawn,  I'm right as usual. The predictability kinda gets boring really.

Suggestion: Make the inventory container list STOP JUMPING/SCROLLING THE INSTANT YOU DRAG STUFF INTO THAT PART OF THE WINDOW
Keywords: Inventory, UI, Exasperation
Note: It so ******* annoying when you have marked and sorted a lot of stuff or blueprints in order to put it in your ship, and since that ship is near the edge of the window field the list scrolls just as you let go, meaning that some of the stuff end up in the wrong container with lots of other stuff, you get a message that the container cannot hold it all, and the remainder is unselected. Meaning you have to sort through 2 containers to gather all the stuff again. Make that list stand still while we hit it, please.

Suggestion: Add a search field when remotely delivering ships or items to corp member's hangars.
Keywords: corporation, management
Notes: Currently when delivering to a player remotely (through corp asset window), you are presenting with a long scroll option. Adding a search field would facilitate and make the process much easier.

Suggestion: Allow search by name in corp asset search.
Keywords: corporation, management
Notes: You can currently search only by item type. It would facilitate finding certain ships if we can seach by the ship's name.

Suggestion: Allow search by name, last online, location and other parameters in corp member list.
Keywords: corporation, management
Notes: You can currently sort, but still have to scroll and hunt to find an individual member in the member list.

Suggestion: Unrent corp offices from corp asset window.
Keywords: corporation, management
Notes: You can currently unrent an office by right-clicking in the "Corporation>Home>Details>Offices" window, but are not able to in "Corporation>Assets>Offices". Please add a right click option to unerent offices.

How about a new Little Things thread to reflect that?

1. Some sort of indicator in the character sheet (or Journal) for NPC corps you have standing with, showing progress to the next storyline mission. Like a 16 part pie that fills in or something with each mission and resets every 16 missions.

Edit from CCP Explorer: Instructions from CCP karkur here https://forums.eveonline.com/default.aspx?g=posts&m=3584474#post3584474 on how to post so the ideas can be most efficiently harvested.

I can't believe that this idea of a counter of some type built in for missions didn't make the list of common suggestions. One of the most annoying thing when running different types of missions for different corps/factions with and without friends with you, keeping track which count your on is easy to loose you place. Especially if your doing Research missions for more than one corp/faction. It's easy to understand there must be some hidden counter somewhere keeping track, cause when I am successful in actually keeping track of correct number of mission, I know the Storyline always falls after mission 16 turn in. Sometimes there is variation in delay till you get the email, but always happens after mission 16.
This visual counter would be a benefit for every mission runner out there.

Hi there,

I've got three little things I'd like to see:

The first one is about the industry window.

When you install a job at a POS, it will remember the hangar tab to use if you have installed an identical job before. I would like the window to remember the hangar tab for all jobs, not only identical ones. This is because in my corp, as in many others, the first tab is the directors tab, which I have no access to, so it happened that I accidentally installed science jobs that were delivered to the directors tab and I had to bother a director to get my stuff out.

The second one is about the PI interface.

In planetary hangars, such as the storage facility or the launchpad, you can create a new route for a stored product by double clicking it. I would love to be able to create new routes by double clicking on an incoming product in the routes tab as well. Currently, double clicking on an incoming product in the routes tab opens the "show info" window for that product.

The third one is about the combat log.

As far as I know, there is currently no way to tell what type of damage is incoming, and you can't tell how the damage you are dealing is split (after resistances of the target). I would love to see a breakdown by type (by color?) of the damage displayed.

Hello,

Would you please take a look at somewhat boring and easily correctable old problem :)

May we have a way to leave a fleet without closing the fleet panel. I mean, why leaving a fleet have to close the exact panel I need to join a new fleet ? This is a common move...

PS : Although I guess the question has been debated numerous times to : why is it so inaccessible to know the Drone's control range ?
