With the new crius industry update, there are new possibilities to make things better.
One of them is job planner , not for just one charater, but for corps.

The idea.
If you are a director, you can see your members skills, and slots usage in game. ( if they enable to acess )
Director can make a corp workflow plan, set up a list of jobs, for all the corp members.
Directors( or a special title like task managers) can add, edit, or delete job elements, and assign this elements to members, by their skills and slots.

At the end there is a summary for all the required materials, and costs.
This is usable for logistics, and as a shopping list. May assign task for logistics chars from this list.
When some requirements/tasks solved, it can be right click, set checked, like in a task manager.

When a corp member log in, can see the plan, and what jobs assigned to him.
They just need click ONE! button, to start all the jobs, when requirements is okey.

But there is more!

CCP you need to make a job queue system, because everybody log in at the same time usually, a 6 hour job is waste of time. 4x 6 hour job, with queue, thats the right thing to do.
This need to work in the single character mode, and in the corp planner too.

Thats all. This would be a huge love from industry corps.

CCP you need LOVE! Im not joking!

Oh and a Pro tip for the end:
Import and export XML for the planner, for supporting External Industry Programs, or Web pages!
