Uninhabited C5 wormhole... Anyone interested?

I've found a C5 wormhole, namely this one: J172937, which is currently uninhabited.

There are two offline POS's in the system but no ship arrays or corp hangars. They appear to be abandoned. The POS's belong to the following corps.

The Dark Tribe
United In Diversity

There are a number of modules (guns) which can be reused once the POS's have been destroyed.

If anyone is interested in taking up residence then mail me within the next 6 hours. I'll sell you the route to get in for 250mil isk.
