POCO Transfer Problems

Previously the method for transferring a POCO from one corp to another was to right-click on the item in question in Corporate Assets and select "Transfer". This no longer appears to be the case. I have tried everything and opened a petition (a few days ago, no response yet). I wanted to see if maybe I'm missing something obvious?

hmm yeah doesnt show up for me either unless i am at the poco and transfer that way.
