With CODE. pilots being always - 10 Red is Dead you may engage them at any time.

***Warning for Josameto System*** The CODE. Alliance has been ganking operations in this system and the surrounding system. CODE will gank anything it is able but focuses primarily on Freighters and Orca's on the gates and Barges in the belts. CODE will try to issue you a Permit that is supposed to keep you safe from their actions for 10 million ISK but it has already been proven that CODE will still gank your ship regardless of whether or not you are a Permit holder. Tank your ships appropriately, do not buy CODE Permits, join the Anti-ganking intel channel and do not Auto-Pilot through the region for any reason. To better protect yourself against CODE set the CODE. Alliance to - RED is Dead status. CODE fighters are -10 sec status so you can engage them anytime that you encounter them.
