empty Skill

Hello,

we all have had time when skills have been injected with a view of training or some possible future use. and some are like to still have those empty injected skills. my proposition.

players should be able to delete those empty skills (or maybe up-to Lvl 2) with 0-50 SP loss. that should at-least allow players to better their skill set.. this deletion should only happen if the skill is not a prerequisite to a skill already trained/injected.

just a small suggestion. does not have to be correct but a feedback/improvements will come in handy. if this a not doable then disregard this post.

thx for reading.

There is no such thing as "useless skillpoints." There are only skills you "currently do not have a use for." This may change over time (you may find a use for them) or may not... but you trained those skill because you thought they were a good idea at the time. And that is all that really counts.

Also... deletion of skills does not better anyone's skillset (in fact, it worsens it because you are removing abilities and efficiency).

With all that said... you might gain SOME traction (not a lot though) for deleting skills and nothing more... but you will never find much support for getting SP back in any way, shape or form.

No

1) coding for the refund of skills would be difficult, especially if you inlcude a double check for drunken behavious and the mythical 'little brother' or 'pissed off girlfriend'

2) You live with the decisions you made, you keep the skills you trained

3) This sounds like a gift to the character bazarr as now you could custom make any decent skill point char into exactly what yopu wanted. More an isk making proposal than a serious gameplay one

makes sense. like i said it was only going to be either 0 SP or max to lvl 2 skill ( provided there is further skills already trained that is dependent) = very low SP. but i understand the view presented and the concern. i am new player and the thought came about when i saw the character sheet.

2) You live with the decisions you made, you keep the skills you trained = i totally agree.

thanks for you opinions.
