Make the Regional chat channel persist (and update) across regions

Summer Isle Autumn Industrial Enterprises Likes received: 182	#1 - 2014-07-19 01:16:06 UTC Local and Constellation chat channels both persist and update across system and constellation boundaries, but the Region chat channel closes when you leave the region. Change the Region channel so it has the same functionality as Local and Constellation: Make it persist and update across Regional boundaries. Talk is cheap, but Void S and Quake L are cheaper.

Most people I've ever spoken with don't even know that they exist. Through diligent effort, though, knowledge of these channels can be spread! Even so, Regional really needs to persist and update.
