+ if it can do strategic cruisers as well.

Please have sufficient skills to properly t2 fit a HAC (and shield tanking is a must)

Please post eveboard links with possible buyout amount

Looking for lower budget characters @4bil or so.

Please no industry skills as they will not be needed

Doesnt have a single thing that i was asking for.

Cant fly HAC or Strategics.
