This toon for sale. See "me"

Toon has 7,902,504 skillpoints.
Its a basic clean char, with basic training done on most fields required.
It lacks behind a little in shield skills.
Its mostly Minmatar orientated.

Idea Ideal starter char, 7.9 Million SP in combat skills.
Idea Clean history.
Idea Has +3 basic implant set (except charisma implant.

Good toon to start with, and continue training towards PVP/PVE.

No lowballs please, I'm not in a hurry.
Serious bids get serious replies.

All CCP rules apply (positive wallet, no kill rights, I pay the transfer fee etc.)
