I have perfect shield skills

I have perfect Tengu subsystems

I have very strong targeting skills for Tengu or Raven

I can fit tech 2 Shield and Launcher rigs

Perfect Navigation for Tengu / Raven

Near perfect Engineering skills

Great Drone skills for the Raven

My standings allow you to immediately start running level 4 or 5 missions with various corps in various empires.

I have no kill rights, a positive wallet, located in high-sec, I pay transfer, etc.

First 10 billion gets this wonderful toon. I have another toon I want to buy, which unfortunately makes me sell this one to raise the funds. I need 10 billion more than I have to make the other purchase, so I will not accept lower. If the other toon sells before I make this work this toon will come off the market. Bottom line....if you want this proven ISK maker you need to move quickly.
