Hello everyone.

Can someone please explain to me how truesec affects pirate detection arrays and anomalies spawn rate.

Say i have a -0.11 system, and pirate detection arrays at lvl 4, from what i remember i should have two havens at all times as long as i keep it at lvl 4 by ratting, and eventually get it to lvl 5 and have 2 sanctums.

I haven't been to nullsec in a long time so if anyone can give me a simple and clear explanation it would be great.

The 2 Havens / 2 Sanctums at level 5 across all of nullsec is no longer the case. At level 5 industry, you will have the following anomalies, depending on the Truesec of the system:

0.0 to -.24 = no havens or sanctums
-.25 to -.44 = 1 haven
-.45 to -.64 = 2 havens, 1 sanctum
-.65 to -.84 = 3 havens, 2 sanctums
-.85 to -1 = 3 havens and 3 sanctums

So you will not have any Havens or Sanctums in your system even at Military level 5.

level 3 going to level 4 in -0.11 gains you 2 hubs, a forlorn hub and a forsaken rally point. level 5 gains you a forsaken hub, a couple of forsaken rally points and something which I can't remember.

So, given that most people care more about hubs than sanctums / havens, how does that progression continue? If I understand you correctly, a PDA5 in a 0.0 to -.24 system gets you 2 hubs, 1 forlorn hub and 1 forsaken hub. How many hubs (especially forsaken hubs) do you get in lower truesec systems?

3 or 4 forsakens for most bands if I recall (and honestly for the upper bands I can't remember). if you are doing something like thinking about a specific rental for some specific large blob of monthly cash you don't want to spend without knowing I can go find the exact pattern, but I don't know them all off by heart.

Afaik hub has 4% escalation rate to 8/10 and I'd "expect" forsaken hub to be 2% to an FSP (faux 9/10), which will have very different results for different pilots, location and races in terms of exploitability of the escalation.

For me and gurista specifically going 8 jumps most likely to neutral part of geminate to do a piths for b-type loot will on average raise my income 10m/hr vs staying home and shooting more hubs, where as for me personally going on a 40 jump tour of hostile geminate to do the forsaken hub FSP escalation would probably lower my income vs just staying home and shooting more forsakens, and that tips the balance in favour of hubs for me. If I was ratting in a carrier, I'd probably prefer sanctums, because I like the maze escalation, and its a good earner and the carrier will really get going on the large battleship blob spawn, which is a struggle in high dps battleship fits to tank.

Forsaken rally points are reasonable, but I would (without having a tolerable sample as yet), expect that they are 2% escalation rate - ie if you have a couple too many corp mates, I wouldn't be particularly bothered if you had to use a FRP occasionally.

TL;DR I don't personally care for forsaken hubs, and depending on what race you wind up ratting you might not either.

So if i have one forsaken hub, does it respewn immediately after i complete it?
And what is your experience with angel forsaken hubs, i remember that sansa ones are decent enough to farm, up to 30 mil per tick.
