Graphical Issue with adding a Skillbook to the Skillqueue

When adding a Skillbook to the Skillqueue (Drag&Drop), it creates a blank entry in the queue. Only after you press "Apply" it gets shown in the queue.

With Warp operation 3 my Retriever cap out during warp after just 27 AU.
Now this might not be a bug but I've been reading and rereading the patch notes and can't see any mention about warping or cap being changed for the Retriever.

Though every other Retriever pilot I'm talking with have the same problem so almost seems like it is intentional.

Same, incredibly annoying, 3 warps to reach the belt and 3 to get to the station ugh. (in a retriever)

The prices of racial drone specialization skill books, seeded by NPC education stations, have gone up from around 2 M ISK to 9 M ISK. This has the effect that you can buy them cheaper in Jita than in NPC stations. Is this intentional by CCP or a mistake?

Also, you now need racial drone specialization skills to use T2 sentry drones . I could use them all before the pacth, but now none.

Shouldn't all stuff you could use before the patch be usable after without having to "re-train" new skills, i.e. any "missing skills" should have been automatically filled up in the patch? Now I have to get those skillbooks, at a strangely high price, only to train them to lvl 1 to enable use of stuff I could use before the patch.

Reimburse skillpoints pls CCP! Also, look ove that pricing and reimburse us that couldn't wait to re-enable our previous skills!

And the skill doesn't even affect sentry drones based on the description:

Specialization in the operation of advanced Gallente drones. 2% bonus per skill level to the damage of light, medium and heavy drones requiring Gallente Drone Specialization.

I have the same problem with my Retriever, takes forever to get anywhere now! If this was intentional, it sucks big time.

Hey guys. We had cleaned up the warp capacitor need numbers for the barges and exhumers as part of their changes behind the scenes, but after your feedback I took another close look and the warp use is a bit high for a ship with a cap pool as small as the Retriver. I'll bump the cap use down, and the change should hit TQ in the next day or so.

This blessed download is really starting to work on my nerves. Downloaded the patch, stupid piece of blessed software, decided to download it again. Now it's taking forever to create the patch. Hasn't even started downloading. Been over 2hrs now and it's creating eve_online_789891_792006 31% complete. I've already downloaded this file. It took 6 hours to download. What on gods green earth is this damn thing doing. Is there anyone I can speak to that will tell me what the heck is going on? I havent been this angry and frustrated with "a game" in a long long time.

EDIT: Progressing at about 0.1% every 10 minutes in "creating" the patch file (that I've already downloaded earlier)

Just hacked a serpentis data site in high sec .
Flew away from info shard without "open cargo" done - hacked another shard same site did "open cargo" got loot .
Flew back to first shard which showed as hacked but unable to open cargo, unable to re hack...?

Was expecting one can to pop or loot to auto to hold - open cargo after hack makes sense now but why cant I get to the one I did first?

PS cargo scan shows loot still in first shard.

This fix is for the retriever only or all barges? Because not being able to make a 62au warp in a mackinaw when I can make it in a kestrel seems a bit absurd.
