Works OK for me.

My clones I made with the Eve Clonemaker did not work, so I tossed them and made new ones. The new ones do work. Yay!
Undock blinking lights now exist.

The warp tunnel still stutters and is jumpy. Sure would be nice if that was a smooth animation.

I'm experiencing some seriously bad distortion of the audio. It's full of clipping (and my volumes are all low), and stuttering. It also
sounds like it's got a high pass filter on it. It's so crackly with distortion, it's a mess.

I just checked this out and found it to be functioning as it does on the PC.

we are looking in to it.
may seem strange, but have you tried restarting the client? turning the settings on and off? checked your output?

and built-in or external sound card?

Rebooted the client, no change. I am using a external audio interface (Focusrite Saffire Pro 40 firewire).

Interesting, when I reboot the client after choosing Internal Speakers, it works fine. So clearly there's a
problem with the connection to the Focusrite. But it worked flawlessly before the update.

yea. I thought something like this might be the case.
which is strange, because of course it shouldn't be like this.

please try all the "usual" things . of updating the focusrite driver and stuff. turning it on and off and so and I'll try to see if I can get one of those specific ones and try it out here.

cheers :)

Hi Epicurus, could you try the following first:

1. Open Terminal (From Applications > Utilities).
2. In the resulting Terminal window type the following then hit ENTER: "open Library"
3. You should now have the Library open in a finder window, find the folder called "Application Support" and open it.
4. Find the "EVE Online" folder and open it.
5. Find the file called "config". Rename it to something different like oldconfig.
6. Run your TQ Launcher
7. Attempt to log in to TQ.
8. Success or Failure? Post in this thread please.

If that doesn't work, I have another potential workaround

Update: I rebooted everything. The audio clipping and filtering is fixed. But now I only have the left channel. No sound from the right channel in EVE.

I've tried other audio, it's not my hardware.

Thanks for the help!

Should the warp-in/warp-out affects be working in the Mac client?

It appears Multi Monitor support is broken on the new version,

My Mac Client crashes before reaching character selection screen, I'm running a MacBook Pro through a Toshiba TV (1920 x1080)

System info:

MacBook Pro
15-inch, Early 2011
Processor 2.3 GHz Intel Core i7
Memory 4 GB 1333 MHz DDR3
Graphics AMD Radeon HD 6750M 1024 MB
Software OS X 10.9.3 (13D65)

I'm getting an error message that reads:

Exception raised
Unhandled page fault on read access to 0x00000028 at address 0x77218209.
Would you like to create a crash report?

If I disconnect the TV display the client loads without error.

I guess I'll need to get used to the small screen until this can be addressed Sad

Ok, lol, hit me with the other work around cause that did not work. And please don't tell me it is trash the folder (that is done to stop lock ups from the star map or near titans).

They should, but bear in mind that they are 3rd person so you won't see them on your ship, just those leaving and arriving at your grid.

Hello

I was having the same issue with the launcher, using Snow Leopard (10.6.8).

Currently downloading OS X Mavericks. Will I have to reinstall Eve ?
