HIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIII

SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO

Wormholes been out a while now, unchanged for the most part, the idea of them is super freaking cool, but there are a few snaffoos namely they have the potential to be boring if your new to them etc etc

Extend Life to Wormholes
1) Anchorable Modules;
Same machanic as Territorial Claim Units and other modules to contest space

For example create a pvp mechanic to extend the natural life and mass life of a Wormhole significantly say from 2-14 days depending on conditions.

Pros
- Super scary for PVP; the thought of a nasty corp whaling down on your wormhole to lay siege etc
- Lots of PVP'rs will want to goto wormhole space once the tempory nature of them get extended.

Cons
- Potential for more capitals in w-space which might not be so good eeek super carriers lol Its important not to make it null sec. So a way not to have 20 nyx's jump in would be nice. Oh the flip side of that, its also risky if they lose their wormhole claim unit, in a hostile wormhole... im 50/50 on it
Solution: Make Mass and Life seperate claim units make mass much more expensive.

- Rich wormhole corps might get richer with uninhabited wormholes signatures, however it might not if more people get lured into wormholes to extend them.

God the more I think about this the more I like it :D

No. The continuously changing connections in wormholes is a large part of the draw, as well as the limits to how much force can be moved through them. No stabilizers.

If you want null-sec, go to null sec. And no claim units... That is just LOL...

From your post, it's hard to pick up on whether you understand that when the wormhole itself disappears, the system that it connects to is still there. You do realize that, correct?

you misunderstand me bra,

Wormholes only last 48 hours maximum correct?

Wouldnt it be nicer for all involved to extend the life temporarily using a PVP machanic

I imagine your one of those people whom are profiting greatly from them, me too bra

Most are 16-24 hours, with a few lasting 48.

I enjoy wormhole space due to it's limitations, and general emphasis on small gang, rather than blob tactics.

What you are wanting to do is to turn a wormhole into a null-sec system for 2 weeks. It would just result in null-sec alliances being able to claim a wormhole with overwhelming force. I don't see it being good or useful for much else, really.

0.0 Alliances and Large numbers of players for pro-longed periods in W-Space.

yeah it could have that potential, but dont you agree what wormhole feature has been out for a long time now, and its getting a bit stale with its t3 blobs

the potential of alliance style numbers and warfare is undesirable though, best to not let that happen by limiting that factor.

I agree the scale should be small to medium sized gangs. Thats why I feel that mass should be more expensive then life.

You know what else has been around for awhile & is getting stale? The ability for NPC troll alts to freely post their garbage all over the forums.

Adding supers won't make it any more fun. It would just be null-sec warfare, instead of WH warfare.

T3's are up for rebalancing in the near future. That may shake things up.

Disclaimer might not be the best idea ive ever had. Honest intentions though.

2nd thoughts on wormhole PVP to contest wormhole space, you can evict them by placing your own pos down and moving in. which is what we have done. But you cant really do that allot without it being logistically kind of hard.

But yeaaaah only been in a wormhole for 1 month having a couple years off eve.. so.. be nice bros .. alts or nought ..

on the really far off chance that you are not trolling, all this would do is make blobs more powerful in wormholes and they already are quite powerful.

it would also kill having "home" wormholes, every wormhole corp would just become a marauding corp.

it would also just be a ***** to balance properly and i would rather not ccp spend time on such nonsense

I moved my corp into W-Space almost as soon as they were added to the game. If it changed to the way you sid, I would no longer be interested. The big corporations would lay sovergenty to all of them, and it would be the same as Null sec.

Word is you can find the main in J130535 (c3).

Besides that, this is a K346. Jumo through and you can drop all the SOV you want. Else, do what every sane person does and meet T3 blob with sentry drones.
