Ice harvester turrets for Venture and Prospect

Venture and Prospect are fairly new ships and I started thinking that there is no ice mining option for them.

Could there be Ice harvester turrets that allow ice harvesting for Venture and Prospect? This ice harvester turret could have something like 6 minute cycle time. This would make ninja ice mining possible.

Comments are welcome for my idea.
