We ***** and moan about these from time to time, and after having looked it seems it's time for a new whine thread.

It was mentioned by CCP as one of the upgrades we could get, but never saw the light of day.

Lets say it requires level 5, so you have to stay on top of the plexes. Also, it would only enable the anchoring/onlining of said pos module. Just like it nulsec, a party could come in and take it out.

The only real downside I see is it would make sieges of home systems much harder.
