I'll preface this by saying i have played Eve on and off since 2009 but never really for an extended period (hence the 7m SP). I used to mainly solo pirate and had some minor success vs people worse than me... I am now coming back to the game again and would like to get some proper advice on what skills to focus on for some low level piracy.

I want to stick with T1 Frigates/Cruisers (unless someone suggests a viable alternative) as that is what i am used to.

I basically want someone to rip through my skill list and say what i did right (if anything) and what i seriously need to sort out to give myself a fighting chance in 1v1 engagements. Kill board linked so you can see fits in my losses and what i like to fly.

There is a password on your EveBoard so I can't check your skills.

However pretty much all of the T1 frigates and cruisers are viable in PVP these days. So pick a ship or combat style that you like and train to make it better. Destroyers are also a valid choice.

Well you have some specialization towards Gallente ships and hybrid weapons so you can always stick with that. However you are not invested enough into it that changing directions would be all that costly. Its really up to you.

My advice would be to improve your support skills and maybe try out a couple of other races and combat styles before you start to really specialize.
