So as many of you know, the not relevant TEST alliance is crashing on the couch of BNI and HONOR. Some of us were wanting to do PI but since we don't actually own the sov we can't place command centers.

I was wondering if it was possible to make it so that allies of the sov holders could place command centers. I don't know how this needs to be done, maybe in a new menu of the TCU, or possibly an upgrade you can place into an IHUB. Maybe it could be in the menu of the POCO it self and have it be on a planet by planet basis.

This is something Providence as an NRDS entity would love to see, right now we can't grant rights via status to use our planets meaning we need to play games with corps joining and leaving the alliance or individual members joining just to plant them.
