Except that that role is already filled by the Gnosis. So, what unique role would it fill?

I would also argue that the role of the Gnosis is to be new player friendly and to let new players experiment with different weapon systems and combat styles. A battleship is by definition not new player friendly. So the idea of a battleship version of the Gnosis is inherently flawed.

What you want is a Typhoon Fleet Issue. I can't be bothered to work out the numbers, but that is basically what your current spec's work out to. (Though I didn't see anything about the Drone bandwidth on your stats.) Well, with the exception of being faster than a Mach, and having Gnosis resists.

Buy one, they're nice.
