UI Enhancement: shortcuts for window interaction

I would like to propose an idea to introduce new specter of interaction with windows in general, such as:

  • Move Window Alt-MOUSE1
  • Resize Window Alt-MOUSE2
  • Toggle Window Ctrl-MOUSE2
  • Close Window Ctrl-MOUSE1
  • Minimize Window (None)

You hold said mouse button down for the duration you want to be moving / resizing the window if that's what you mean. To better illustrate my point: AltDrag for Windows provides the same functionality for windows of operation system.

I don't see no point not to do this, but this will be of great help to people who suffer from having to aim to tiny icons to interact with windows.
