COSMOS missions standing requirement

Hello, I was wondering if I can use my (player) corporation standing to get cosmos missions or it needs to be personal standing?

Cosmos agents accept your personal Faction standings modified by the Connections skill.

This page in Evelopedia has the Cosmos Agents listed with the required standing needed for access.
