Never tried it but can you activate a micro jump drive if your stuck in a bubble?

Basically the only thing that affects MJD's are Warp Scramblers. Warp Disruptors have zero effect on a MJD. However that being said, If you activate your MJD, but get warp scrammed and break the scramble before the jump, you will still jump.

And last but not least, what you asked...MJD's do work in bubbles.
