Pros
Spaceship command - Can fly perfectly most subbattleships (minus HAC, ready to inject, minus electronic frigates, needs some support skill).
Can use or nearly can use all small T2 guns and Missiles
4 jump clones, misc implants (mostly +3's)
2 neural remaps
No science, PI or mining skills at all, this is pure PVP toon

Negatives
Some skills are lower level because I injected pretty much all I wanted to have to V. So needs a bit of work, but for frigate size PVP you won't find better, and cruisers only take few days for T2 guns.

Training this much sp takes you 17 months, which is about 11.9 bil just in plex.
