EVE Online: Crucible Issues thread

Audio has gone really really quiet, almost inaudible.

Game sounds are turned up to the max, Pc is turned up to a loud volume but EvE is still very very quiet, much quieter than it used to be.

strange... the recustomization is supposed to find it if you have it in your hangar (not your cargo). Are you perhaps going into the recustomization with sculpting? If that's the case, try selecting "no" when you are told that you have been flagged for recustomization and asked if you want to do that... you should still go into the recustomization (yeah I know, makes a lot of sense, we do have a defect on this misleading question) and then you will hopefully find your jacket.
(i hope it won't be too awkward when we are wearing the same outfitP)

Windows identification dissapears every time i relog my chars in windows mode.
Even though the check box remains ticked after each relog.

try clearing your cache and see if that fixes the issue (edit: Genoir tells me that he has already tried it and it didn't work)

Yeah I have this too. When I am mining and I have the same ore in my cargo as in the corp hanger in the orca. You go to move the ore onto the same stack in the orca corp hanger and it gives an error. But if you drag the ore somewhere else in the orca corp hanger (not on the stack) it works okay. The Error is a standings with the orca pilot, which even when set to +10, still appears.

I've just been bounced to the log in screen several times.

Just playing as normal, then things stop responding, then a little later the screen closes, then a little after that, the log in screen opens.

I log back in, get started, play for a few minutes, and it all starts over again.

cannot join eve voice chat.

others having same problem some from before the patch some when they patched to crusible. check the issues workarounds and localizations forum for the thread "not able to join eve voice"


also using the new drag and drop feature i moved some blueprints into a container, they are all "greyed out" cannot be moved or used.

On "Cargo Delivery" mission (level 4, Blood Raiders, for Gallente Federation Intelligence) you can nolonger warp in to this non-deadspace area at a specific range. Not sure if this applies to other missions where ranged warping was an option.

Yeah, I've been getting this bug as well when I attempt to refit in space; pulling any mod on or off a ship can lock the client up for 30 seconds.

Lets have a floating container in space. This container has a capacity of 27k m3. Inside we have some ore using 20k m3. We want to split so we use Shift key and proceed to drag into same container. We are asked the amount so we fill that field. Assuming the cuantity we split > the space we have left, we will get the message 'not enaugh space'. So when we split it adds before sustract. Fixable.

Also, the numbers in item quantity, amunition, ore, etc. are harder to read than previous font. The same is not true when we reffer to the other text and numbers.

When in space the camera drone now has the usual in station bobbing. Kinda annoying to see my stationary ship in space bounce around wildly

I have noticed 3 bugs regarding refitting/swapping ships with a ship maintenance array.
The first bug happens when you swap modules at a ship maintenance array. Your FPS drops drastically when fitting or un-fitting a module, and the FPS drop is much less when you just log in (or clear your cache) but after you have been online a while, it can take 20-30 seconds per module. This is a new bug with crucible.

The second bug involves ships with specials that help with PWG fitting. I have noticed this on a stealth bomber or the new battlecruisers with a reduction to the PWG cost of guns/launchers. When trying to fit the modules to the ship, you get a popup saying not enough powergrid and the modules get put on the ship but are offline. However, the modules can still be used because they should be online, but according to the fitting window, they are offline. This can be easily reproduced by simply jumping into a new t3 battlecruiser and trying to fit large guns on it at a ship maintenance array. Then, if you store it and get back in it the problem persists. Sometimes when getting into the ship after storing it, the modules are actually offline and you have to eject to have it so that the modules are actually online (but the fitting window still says they are offline). I have noticed this bug going on for a while starting a month or so before crucible.

The 3rd bug involves grouping turrets/launchers and then storing them in the Ship Maintenance Array. If you get into a ship (stored in a SMA) (with grouped guns) that hasn't been used in a few hours, the guns will appear to be ungrouped, but if you look at the fitting window they are still grouped. Dragging modules from the quick slots on top of eachother gives an error and the only way I have noticed to get the modules to say they're grouped again is to either eject or store it and then get back in it, afterwards it works fine. I have noticed this bug going on for a while starting a month or so before crucible.

My mates and I were going around shooting battleships in belts for some sec status gain, and we noticed only ONE OF US got the sec gain for shooting at the battleship after 15 minutes (most damage? final blow? not sure).

It was definitely ONLY ONE OF US that got sec status for one ship... when in the past we've been able to make sec grind more fun by flying out together and looking for fights and gain sec status (really minimal amounts in the big picture every 15 minutes)...

Tell me this is a mistake and not an intentional nerf for low security pilots.


Any other Low Sec Dwellers notice this??

try clearing your cache and see if that fixes the issue (today someone told me that clearing the cache fixed one window/ui issue we were looking into... I'm not sure if it fixes the disappearing issue, but you might as well try itSmile)
